RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to assist with an exchange for a new item or provide store credit (valid for one year from the date it is issued) on eligible items.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Exchange requests or store credit must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or excessive wrinkling may be subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Exchanges

  • A shipping fee will apply for sending out the replacement item.

Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued for the item price only, minus the original shipping cost.

How to Start an Exchange

To begin your exchange, please email contact@reillythelabel.com. Our team will help set up your exchange and provide a prepaid return label.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. A member of our team will then send you an exchange code that can be applied toward a future order.
